I created this challenge for myself. My arms are really weak and I have a really hard time with push-ups so most challenges I see out there, I simply can’t do because they’re too hard. So I wanted to share this challenge with others in the same situation. If you can’t do all of them properly, do them kneeling instead.
I’m doing this!
ahhh finally! xx
I am so excited about this! I have like, zero upper body strength and I can barely do a push up. This should be a great way to improve :D
Great challenge for beginners :-)
Bicycle crunch…great for toning abs.(via

BE PROUD OF EVERY ACCOMPLISHMENT!
Big or small, your hard work is working :-D
Remember slow progress IS PROGRESS!
Don’t quit, be patient, keep going!
Never be embarrassed about trying losing weight or sweating it out in the gym, just think about how good you’re going feel when you reach your goal weight, everyone at the gym is there for the same reason -To improve, fullfil the reason your there ! -You won’t be embarrassed when you’re telling everyone how hard you worked to reach success so don’t be embarrassed when working hard throughout the journey. KEEP GOING, KEEP SMILING AND THINK FOR THE FUTURE!
Remember and remind yourself often that you can do it! Forget about the naysayers, show them that you could do what they can’t x
Lest We Forget
April 25 - ANZAC Day
For those of you who don’t live in the Land Down Under, ANZAC Day is perhaps one of the most important days in the Aussie and New Zealand calander - if not, the most important day. It marks the day our troops arrived on the shores of Gallipoli in 1915. But it is so much more than that. It is the day that we honour all the brave men and women who have served in our armed forces, and continue to do so. As one, we mourn the losses of those who died, give thanks for those who returned home, show our support for those who continue to struggle with the memories day after day, and celebrate the freedom their sacrifices have given us.
We are a country that prides itself on our ability to laugh at everything - even ourselves. We pull through disasters together, and enjoy the good times as a team. We have a strong sense of mateship which is
in my biased opinionunparalleled by any other nation on this Earth. I am proud to be an Australian; and I am so very grateful to our ANZACS for giving up all they have so my country could be what it is today. True, it has it’s flaws like drop bears and politiciansbut it is still an amazing, incredible place to live. Thank you.
Nothing but pure respect for these fellas!
Hardworking soldiers, if they could trek to war you can trek to the gym!
